The icepack contains the source code for all the ICE libraries and applications, along with some rudimentary makefiles for compiling. However, you will probably have to make some slight modifications to the makefiles to adapt them to your needs.
The icepack is contained in the tarred and compressed file icepack.tar.gz (19434 bytes).
