DESCRIPTION:
Secunia Research has discovered a security issue in NNT Change
Tracker and Remote Angel, which can be exploited by malicious, local
users to gain escalated privileges.

The security issue is caused due to the applications setting insecure
file system permissions on the installation directory. This can be
exploited to overwrite any program or library in the "Remote Angel"
directory.

The security issue is confirmed in the following versions (other
versions may also be affected):
* NNT Change Tracker version 4.7.1.4.
* NNT Remote Angel version 4.7.0.1.
