DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been discovered in chillyCMS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.

The application stores a database backup inside the "backup"
directory within the web root and can be exploited to disclose
sensitive information by downloading the file.

The security issue is confirmed in version 1.2.1. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the "backup" directory (e.g. via ".htaccess").
