The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the RPC library (librpc.dll) within the portmapper service when handling the "pmap_set" command. This can be exploited to bypass some access restrictions and execute certain service commands (e.g. unregister or register RPC services) via spoofed UDP packets. The vulnerability is reported in versions 11.10, 11.50, and 11.70. SOLUTION: Apply patches.
