This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is being viewed. 2) Certain input passed to the ticket search functionality is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 0.9.19. SOLUTION: Update to version 0.9.19.
