This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. 2) Input passed to xmlrpc.php is not properly verified to check for file extensions and file contents before being used to create files. This can be exploited to e.g. create and execute arbitrary PHP files. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires "Writer" privileges. The vulnerabilities are reported in version 2.1.1. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised and verified. Grant only trusted users "Writer" privileges.
