Q: I get the error messages "Initialization of the dynamic library c:\WINNT\system32\rasman.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally." and "Initialization of the dynamic library c:\WINNT\system32\RASSCRPT.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.". How do I fix this?

A: You can't fix this, because rasfix breaks dial up functionality for all non-admin users. You have to wait for a hotfix from Microsoft to fix the vulnerability without breaking anything.

Q: I have to reverse the changes made by rasfix, how do I do that?

A: Run "rasfix -restore". That will change the permissions back to the installation defaults.
