Several security issues were fixed in Dnsmasq.

- dnsmasq: Small caching DNS proxy and DHCP/TFTP server

Details:

USN-3430-1 fixed several vulnerabilities in Dnsmasq. This update
provides the corresponding update for Ubuntu 12.04 ESM.
