Successful exploitation of this weakness requires that the HTTP connection method is enabled (disabled by default) and that a malicious server is used. 3) The application executes "file://" URIs when clicked, which can be exploited by e.g. tricking a user into clicking a "file://" URI pointing to a malicious executable on a remote network share.
