DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in Microsoft Windows, which
can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated
privileges.

1) Insecure permissions are set for the Tracing Feature for Services
registry keys. This can be exploited to manipulate certain registry
keys and gain LocalSystem privileges by changing subkeys in
"HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Tracing".

2) An error in the Tracing Feature for Services can be exploited to
corrupt memory via overly long strings read from the registry and can
be exploited to execute arbitrary code with system-level privileges.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
