DESCRIPTION:
Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in Armed Assault, which
can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to a calculation error in the
processing of voice packets sent to UDP port 2305 and can be
exploited to crash an affected server.

The vulnerability is reported in Armed Assault version 1.14 and Armed
Assault 2 version 1.02. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to UDP port 2305 to trusted users only.
