DESCRIPTION:
Elazar Broad has discovered a vulnerability in the Imera
ImeraIEPlugin ActiveX control, which can be exploited by malicious
people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the
ImeraIEPlugin.Pilot.1 ActiveX control (ImeraIEPlugin.dll) when
handling the "DownloadHost" property. This can be exploited to
download and execute arbitrary files by tricking the user into
visiting a malicious website.

The vulnerability is confirmed in ImeraIEPlugin.dll version 1.0.2.54.
Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Set the kill-bit for the affected ActiveX control.
