The vulnerabilities is caused due to insufficient filtering functions within /lib/kses.php and lib/weblib.php and can be exploited to bypass HTML filtering policies. The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 1.8.5. SOLUTION: Update to version 1.8.5 or upgrade to version 1.9. The vendor recommends to use the option "Use HTML Purifier" in version 1.9.
