DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability with an unknown impact has been reported in Simple
Machines Forum.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error within "the
use of the html-tag".

Note: This also fixes an issue related to the random number generator
seeding with PHP versions prior to 4.2.0.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.0.13 and 1.1.5.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.0.13 or 1.1.5.
