DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in ngIRCd, which can be exploited
by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to the improper handling of IRC
"JOIN" commands. This can be exploited to crash an  affected server
by sending a specially crafted "JOIN" command.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 0.10.3.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 0.10.3.
