DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in bftpd, which can be exploited by
malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to a double-free error when sending
files. This can be exploited to cause a DoS via unspecified vectors
using the GET or MGET commands.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.8. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.8.
