DESCRIPTION:
K4P0 has discovered two vulnerabilities in WordPress, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Input passed to the "Name" and "Website" parameters in
wp-comments-post.php isn't properly sanitised before being returned
to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and
script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.

It is also possible to disclose the full path to certain scripts by
accessing them directly, disclose the content of certain directories,
and by administrators to inject arbitrary HTML and script code via the
"comment" parameter.

The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 2.0.1. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
