DESCRIPTION:
rgod has reported some vulnerabilities in Runcms, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

1) The problem is that it is possible to upload arbitrary files via
the FCKEDITOR connector. This can e.g be exploited to upload and
execute a malicious PHP script.

For more information:
SA18767

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.3a (before
2006-02-10) and prior.

2) Input passed to the "bbPath[path]" parameter in
"class.forumposts.php" and the "xoopsConfig[language]" parameter in
"forumpollrenderer.php" isn't properly verified, before it is used to
include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from
external and local resources.

Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.2 and prior.
