DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in KDE kpdf, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and
potentially to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to the use of a vulnerable version
of Xpdf.

The vulnerabilities affect version kpdf 0.5 included with KDE 3.5.
Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict use to PDF files from trusted sources only.
